Came here in October, 2025 to inquire about a rear spoiler being put on my car I recently purchased. Walk in and the 2 men and 2 women working there were friendly. Spoke with Elam Muhammad who told me the price would be $250-$350 for the make & model of my vehicle. He told me "you do realize that holes would have to be put on the trunk of the car". I did not know that so that made me want to take time to think about if I wanted to get the work done. I thanked him and Will who also was there providing information. After doing some research checking the spoiler part that would need to be installed and also getting a second opinion at another body shop, I was shocked to find out that this part is installed using adhesive, no drilling needs to be done to install this part. I was really upset to find out that this place didn't even take the time to look up the part to find out how the install would be - just off the fly telling me that holes need to be drilled. So glad I didn't use them although they are nice and I also think black owned. I won't be back. Don't trust them.

Ray took care of my car. He fixed the molding around my passenger side tire. Did not wait long at all. Will definitely be returning for other car maintenance needs!

Very unprofessional. Referred here by the insurance company. Stopped by for an estimate. I was told the estimate would be sent to me and the insurance company the same day. I spoke with them on 3 occasions and emailed. I was finally sent an estimate several days later, BUT for another customer!!! Never received anything for my vehicle. Called my insurance right away to find me another body shop. If they can't get the basics right, I don't want them even attempting to work on my car.

C & O Auto Rebuilders is an awesome reputable company who does outstanding work! I took my car there to repair damage on my car door. Not only did they repair it they matched my custom paint perfectly! My door looks brand new! My lift gate on my trunk stopped opening so I asked them to take a look at it. They ordered the parts and made the necessary repairs all within a few days! The customer service gets a 10/10! Great establishment with great service and employees!! I would 100% recommend!!
